Shipping and products delivery

The products ordered on the online shop “PRODIPLÁS, Lda” will be sent and delivered on working days, from Monday to Friday. We can only guarantee a good delivery of an order if the delivery address is correctly indicated by the “User”, which has to be the address of a shop or a warehouse. A delivery is considered to be made or a product is considered as delivered with the signature of the delivery note in the address provided.

Shipping costs

“PRODIPLÁS, Lda” reserves the right to divide the delivery of the order, for example, if a part of the order is delayed or not available. If we divide the order, the customer will be notified by e-mail. For that purpose, we will use the e-mail address provided by the customer at the moment of purchase.

*The deliveries will be free for all the purchases over 290€ in mainland Portugal.

*The orders under 290€ + IVA per invoice have an additional charge in shipping costs, by carrier or by our own car, of 8,58€ in mainland Portugal.

In all the countries of the European Union (except Portugal), the deliveries will be free for the purchases over 870 €, except for countries with customs policies different from those in most countries of the European Union. In all other cases, the shipping costs will be in the amount of approximately 59,50 € per order. At the time of delivery, the “Purchaser” should check the packaging and the products sent in order to ascertain eventual damage. If check reveals the products are damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery of the order and return it immediately to “PRODIPLÁS, Lda”, which will take charge of reimbursing the costs of the order and its shipping as soon as the return process is taken and completed at its seat. The order is considered to be accepted if, after having received it, the “Purchaser” does not return it within 15 days after receipt.

Shipping Deadlines

After having registered your order, as soon as your payment is confirmed and all the parts of the order are available, “PRODIPLÁS, Lda” undertakes to send it within, on average, the following deadlines:

- in mainland Portugal, between 1 and 5 working days depending on the quantity ordered;

- in the European Union (except Portugal), approximately within 15 working days depending on the quantity ordered.

“PRODIPLÁS, Lda” will not be responsible for the non-respect or delay in shipping due to a force majeure event, i.e., an event, act or omission beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping costs - by shipping company or own car

PORTUGAL (* free on purchases over 290€ + VAT)

Payment on delivery has an increase of 4.10€ + VAT, except Transfer or Bank Deposit.

SPAIN (free on purchases over 870€)

Payment on delivery has an increase of 86,50€ for bank charges, except Transfer or Bank Deposit.
